Appointments

We strongly advise guests arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for registration/check-in and preparation for your treatment. We require a $50 deposit (sometimes up to 100% deposit) for all appointments that are made without vouchers or packages with the clinic.

 

Late Arrivals

Arrival after 15 minutes, may affect the allotted time of the service. Your service type may be changed to avoid delays for other guests. We will make every effort to accommodate guests for their full appointment time but this may not always be possible. For all customers we understand many unexpected situations can occur such as delays due to traffic, finding a parking spot…etc. So please plan accordingly. Anything later than 15 minutes is subject to cancelling and rescheduling.

 

Children

At this time, you cannot bring children with you to your appointment. Once our social distancing policy is loosened, you can bring your children but you also need another adult to accompany you to watch your child. No children are allowed in the treatment rooms under any circumstances. If you cannot find childcare, you will need to reschedule.

Late Cancellation/No-Shows

Guests are responsible for lateness and no-shows. If you are a no-show to your scheduled appointment your deposit will be redeemed for that session and you will not receive a refund. If paying with a voucher, the voucher will be redeemed and there will be a no show fee of $50.00 to schedule another appointment. Guests who cancel or reschedule reservations before 24 hours of their appointment time are granted full credit at the clinic.

 

Payments & Gratuity

The clinic accepts Cash(We do not carry change.), MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Care Credit as payment. Service Providers prefer cash tips but also have Venmo if that is easier.

 

Groupon/Living Social

Groupon and Living Social vouchers are only limited to one per client, per year. Vouchers have treatment areas listed and are not valid for any other areas. Vouchers cannot be used to correct another injector’s work. If you are dissatisfied with another clinic’s treatment, we can help correct it but this cannot be done with a discounted voucher.

 

Special Conditions

Please notify our receptionist before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, are pregnant, or have any allergies to lidocaine.

 

Prices Subject to Change

We are constantly updating and expanding our services and strive to keep our website and menu prices updated. Please be advised that prices and services are subject to change.

 

Service Refunds

We will be happy to fully refund you on most service packages from the clinic within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days we are unable to give any refunds, however you may transfer your service package to any family member or friend at your request. All purchased packages have no expiration date and can be used at any time. If you have started using your package and request a refund due to unforeseen circumstances, you may only receive a refund based on the original service price.

 

Product Refunds

The Company agrees to refund only 100% back to the client upon compliance with the following regulations: (1) An original receipt must be Submitted along with returned products; (2) The product must be returned in person within 10 business days of purchasing; (3) Refund will be given in the form the purchase was made; (4) Product/s must be in original packaging, and not have significant visual damages or usage; (5) All or any products sold at a sale or discounted price are marked as final sale.
